How we approach crafting your ideal workspace:

Meet & Greet Call: We start with a 15-minute meet & greet call, where we get to know each other and discuss how we can best proceed. This initial conversation sets the stage for a successful collaboration ahead. If you use Slack, we’re happy to create a shared channel for real-time discussions throughout the project, offering a more convenient and responsive communication alternative to emails.
Spec Doc Creation: After our initial meeting, we gather any additional information needed and ask for relevant resources. We then craft a clear, easy-to-read outline of our proposed solution. This could be in the form of a diagram, a detailed article, or even a short video, depending on the complexity of your requirements. Depending on the scope, this phase may be complimentary or require a fee. In case of really big workspaces, we like to split work into smaller, one-at-a-time proposals and work our way upwards with you this way.
Buildout & Further Communication: Once we’ve finalized the plan and signed the contract, we dive into the build phase. During this stage, we maintain open lines of communication, providing updates on our progress via email or Slack at least once a week. We actively seek your input to ensure the system we create aligns perfectly with your vision.
Delivery: Our collaboration doesn't end here - as the system enters real usage, we'll be happy to provide ongoing support, guidance & training sessions as smaller, subsequent projects, ensuring you and your team can make the most of your new workspace.
